challenge

Provide large-scale graphics in a time squeeze.

What do you get when you combine a super-accelerated deadline, 20,000 square feet of display space, wall-to-wall graphics, and one of the most successful and respected teams in Major League Baseball? The Cincinnati Reds got a grand slam homer for its Hall of Fame and Museum.

It’s not every day that we get a chance to hit one over the wall, but when Jack Rouse Associates commissioned us to join the Cincinnati Red’s All Star team of architects and sport historians, Graff Designs immediately stepped up to the plate. We designed floor-to-ceiling supergraphics, murals, artifact labels, and text panels in themed galleries which also included interactive displays for adults and children.

Opened to great acclaim in 2004, the Cincinnati Red’s Hall of Fame has been a real crowd pleaser that draws die-hard fans and tourists alike. So, keep Graff Designs in mind the next time that you want to… you know… knock one out of the ballpark.

“We have worked with Graff Designs on multiple and varied projects dating back to the original design of The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum in 2004. Working with Graff Designs has always been a wonderful experience. Their personal attention to our projects, dedication to their work, inventive solutions to difficult design problems and flexibility to work within a tight time frame are but a few of the attributes Graff Designs has offered to us over the years. I give them my highest recommendation.”

Graff Designs provided everything from large wall murals to text panels for The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum. The project was on a very tight schedule and the design team was able to meet every deadline. We loved the end result and how easy (and fun!) it was to work with them. We get many positive comments from our visitors about the quality of the graphics and how bright and colorful the museum feels.
