QualityPRN, a Dallas-based, healthcare administration support company in the midst of significant business expansion, needed collateral that addresses the company’s unique marketing cycle challenge. The services provided by QualityPRN are often not required upon receipt of the capabilities brochure, but rather dictated by its clients’ cyclical review schedules.

Because QualityPRN’s customers usually do not draw upon the company’s services for weeks or months after receiving the brochure, we urged a more memorable approach, to replace the firm’s conservative leanings. It was critical to design a piece that did not feel “disposable” or that could easily be lost under stacks of paperwork on a desk. Wanting to ensure that the capabilities brochure is easily accessible, the brochure was designed to be mailed in a pre-labeled, brightly colored file folder with key contact information attached. QualityPRN’s new marketing materials are just what the R.N. ordered.
